Vacant Home Staging
Starts with a free walkthrough and then we give a proposal of what rooms to stage and a price for the staging. Once the proposal is accepted, we schedule the stage, and then we select the furniture we are going to use. We move the furniture in, and it is staged for the agreed-upon period of time. We then move it out sometime between being under contract and closing (usually after due diligence). This can be for vacant homes, model homes, parade homes, etc.
Pre-Listing Consultations
Usually $200 to look at a home and help the owner prepare for listing it on the market. We give them a checklist of what to do to make the home ready and what to do every time there is a walkthrough
Designer Furnishing Packages
Starts with a “love your space” consultation for a fee. We then usually provide a vision board with our furniture selections and pricing. We then work with the clients to select pieces and build out a furniture package that includes the furniture, a design fee, delivery, and assembly. This can be for any home, including short-term rentals, model homes, long-term rentals, dorm rooms, new construction, and more.
